About Me

Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach. I started my personal yoga journey in 2017 and I discovered a huge passion for the empowerment I felt from yoga and inversions. At the end of 2019, I decided I wanted to become a yoga instructor and share the principles I had learned in my own personal practice with others. After I became an instructor, I started taking private clients and expanded my knowledge into personal training and nutrition coaching. In 2023, I began teaching yoga, Pilates, and HIIT classes at a hot yoga studio. In 2024, I was able to open my own studio in Lynn, Massachusetts that is equipped with everything needed for 1:1 personal training, yoga, and Pilates. If you prefer the comfort of your own space, I also travel to clients in the Boston area.
